"Bought EXPENSIVE helmet ($600+). It had been out on the shelf awhile. Only one in my size. Dirty, smeared faceplate, which they spritzed and wiped. No owners manual until I came back and requested one. Full price. If it's out-of-box and obviously used as a demo SOME adjustment, even a few dollars, would have shown professionalism and a desire to do business again. How many heads has this helmet been on? Not my first purchase here but may be my last. I would have absolutely no problem paying full price for a new-in-box helmet."
